About Farm & Food Systems Fellowship

The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Hanna, WY, empowers passionate individuals to lead the charge for a food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic justice. Through our comprehensive, no-cost training program, Fellows gain hands-on experience in organic food systems education and community engagement. Selected participants immerse themselves in a six-month residential study at our farm, focusing on practical initiatives such as growing and distributing a diverse range of crops, fostering health literacy through educational sessions, and maintaining school and community gardens. In the following Community Action Year, these dedicated advocates collaborate with local nonprofits to enhance access to healthy food and support farmers markets and direct-to-consumer programs. We invite individuals committed to food justice and sustainability to apply by March each year, with the fellowship experience running from May to October.
