Located in Hanna, WY, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to low-income individuals living with dysphagia. Our mission is to improve nutritional access through a variety of tailored resources, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
