Healthy U, located in Hanna, Wyoming, is an initiative of the Wyoming Center on Aging, dedicated to empowering individuals with chronic health conditions and their caregivers through Stanford University's evidence-based Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP). This enriching six-week workshop is provided at no cost and offers flexible in-person and virtual options to meet diverse needs. Participants will gain valuable skills in areas such as problem-solving, healthy eating, action planning, emotional awareness, exercise, treatment evaluation, and effective communication with healthcare providers. Healthy U is committed to fostering confidence and resilience, enabling participants to better manage their health and improve their quality of life.
