MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans in Hanna, WY. Our mission is to provide comprehensive weight management and health promotion services tailored to the unique preferences of each Veteran. We prioritize annual obesity screenings for all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities, ensuring that everyone has access to the resources they need. Our varied options include group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which offers in-home messaging and clinician support. Veterans can also benefit from the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management, as well as access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who need additional help.
