Based in Jackson, WY, the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) is dedicated to enhancing the health and nutrition of low-income seniors aged 60 and older. This vital USDA program supplies eligible participants with a monthly food box filled with essential nutritious items, including non-perishable proteins, powdered or UHT milk, juice, cereal, canned or dried fruits and vegetables, refrigerated cheese, and nutrition education resources. To further support our seniors, we partner with the Wyoming Food Bank of the Rockies to offer fresh produce, dairy, and bread.
