Offered in both English and Spanish, this program equips participants with essential knowledge and tools to manage their condition effectively. Each participant receives six informative e-booklets tailored to their needs, along with a monthly newsletter featuring seasonal tips and local community events. Moreover, enrollees can join the monthly Ask the Experts Q&A series, where they can engage directly with ADA experts, uncover vital information about the connection between diabetes and heart health, and gain access to helpful giveaways designed to enhance their quality of life.
