MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Kemmerer, WY, is dedicated to transforming the lives of Veterans by promoting health and effective weight management solutions. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and referred to tailored weight management services that align with their personal goals and preferences. We offer a variety of support options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician contact. Additionally, Veterans can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management or access medications and bariatric surgery if needed after participating in our program.
