The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Kinnear, WY, is designed to support individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, offering a comprehensive and free educational journey over 12 months. Participants receive valuable resources, including six informative e-booklets tailored to various aspects of diabetes management, as well as a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and community event information, available in both English and Spanish. Enrollees are also invited to join our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A sessions, where they can pose questions to ADA experts, learn about the connection between diabetes and heart health, and enjoy helpful giveaways aimed at enhancing their diabetes management. We are committed to empowering our community with knowledge and support on the path to better health.
