MOVE! Weight Management Program, based in La Barge, WY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities annually for obesity and to connect them with personalized weight management options that suit their unique needs. We offer a variety of services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which allows for in-home support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, Veterans struggling with weight-related concerns can explore weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options after engaging with our program.
