MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Lagrange, WY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiative. Our mission is to provide accessible and tailored solutions for obesity by annually screening Veterans who receive care at VA facilities. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a self-guided approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges despite utilizing MOVE! services.
