MOVE! Weight Management Program in Lander, WY is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive weight management and health promotion approach. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care through VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected to personalized weight management services that cater to individual preferences and needs. We offer a range of options, including supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! for in-home messaging alongside clinician support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for a self-guided approach to weight loss, as well as access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those needing more intensive support.
