MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Laramie, WY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and provided with tailored weight management options that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of services, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program that connects Veterans with clinicians in the comfort of their homes. For those who prefer self-guided solutions, the MOVE! Coach mobile app provides essential tools to manage weight independently. Additionally, we support Veterans with weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges after utilizing our core programs.
