MOVE! Weight Management Program in Lovell, WY, is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and connected to tailored weight management options. We offer a variety of support services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician contact. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management. For those who need additional support, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring various MOVE! strategies.
