Located in Lusk, WY, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive, supportive approach to weight management. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and connected to tailored weight management services that cater to their individual needs. We offer a range of options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer support from the comfort of home. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for personal weight management, while additional resources such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery are available for those facing persistent weight challenges.
