Over a supportive 12-month journey, participants gain vital knowledge about diabetes management through six engaging e-booklets tailored to their personal journey after diagnosis. Our program also includes a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and resources available in both English and Spanish, along with information on local community events. Those who provide their phone number are invited to join our monthly Ask the Experts Q&A series, where they can engage directly with ADA experts to address their diabetes-related questions, understand the connection between diabetes and heart health, and enjoy giveaways that promote thriving with diabetes.
