MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Medicine Bow, WY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to facilitate effective obesity screening for every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities, connecting them to tailored weight management options that suit their individual needs. We offer diverse services including supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home assistance. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management.
