MOVE! Weight Management Program, based in Midwest, WY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually, ensuring access to effective weight management options tailored to individual needs. Participants can benefit from various services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program, which offers in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer self-guided assistance, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is an excellent resource. We also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have struggled despite participating in our program.
