The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Pavillion, WY, is dedicated to sponsoring and empowering future leaders in the pursuit of a just food system that values social equity, environmental sustainability, and economic fairness. Through a comprehensive, tuition-free program, our Fellows gain hands-on education in organic food systems while participating in innovative projects that promote food accessibility and community health. During their immersive six-month experience on our farm, Fellows cultivate diversified crops, run educational initiatives on food and ecological literacy, and actively support local farmers markets and direct-to-consumer food programs. Following this, they embark on a Community Action Year, collaborating with regional non-profits to further their impact. We invite passionate individuals to apply by March each year for a transformative journey that inspires meaningful change in their communities.
