MOVE! Weight Management Program in Pine Bluffs, WY focuses on empowering Veterans to achieve their health goals through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities annually for obesity, ensuring they have access to tailored weight management options that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of supportive services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which facilitates in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have previously engaged with our program but continue to face challenges with weight management.
