About Farm & Food Systems Fellowship
At the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship located in Pinedale, WY, we are dedicated to nurturing a new generation of advocates for a just and sustainable food system. Through our immersive training program, we empower Fellows with the skills and knowledge necessary to promote social, environmental, and economic justice within our food landscape. Our Fellowship offers a comprehensive organic food system education that emphasizes real-world application, allowing Fellows to engage in hands-on experiences such as growing diverse crops, implementing innovative health education sessions, and supporting local farmers markets. We believe in accessibility and do not charge tuition, making it possible for motivated individuals to join us in our mission. After a transformative six-month residency at our campus, Fellows transition into a Community Action Year, collaborating with regional non-profits to apply their learning and make a tangible impact. Applications are accepted until March each year, with the program running from May to October, creating a pathway to a healthier food system for all in Pinedale and beyond.
