About Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP)
The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) in Powell, WY, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of low-income seniors aged 60 and older by supplementing their diets with nutritious food. Each eligible participant receives a monthly food box packed with essential items such as non-perishable protein, powdered or UHT milk, juice, cereal, canned or dried fruits and vegetables, refrigerated cheese, and valuable nutrition education along with recipes. In partnership with the Wyoming Food Bank of the Rockies, additional fresh produce, dairy, and bread are provided to ensure comprehensive nourishment for seniors. With various distribution sites throughout Wyoming, we strive to ensure that every senior receives the food assistance they need to thrive.
