Located in Powell, WY, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity each year and offer tailored weight management services that align with individual needs and preferences. Our comprehensive approach includes group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-guided management. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
