About Farm & Food Systems Fellowship
Located in Rawlins, WY, the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship empowers passionate individuals to advocate for a fair and sustainable food system. Through a comprehensive program that emphasizes organic food system education, our Fellowship nurtures future leaders who will engage with communities to promote food justice, health, and ecological literacy. Participants benefit from a six-month immersive experience at the Allegheny Farm Campus, where they learn essential skills in diversified crop production, community gardening, and direct-to-consumer distribution channels. Following this training, Fellows embark on a Community Action Year, collaborating with regional non-profits to implement innovative health initiatives and strengthen local food systems. Our initiative is committed to accessibility; therefore, we do not charge tuition, ensuring that all dedicated individuals have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in their communities. Interested candidates can apply by March to join this life-changing experience.
