About Farm & Food Systems Fellowship

The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship, based in Rozet, WY, is dedicated to cultivating knowledgeable advocates for a just food system through hands-on education and community engagement. Our program empowers selected Fellows with essential training in organic food systems, emphasizing social, environmental, and economic justice. Over a six-month experiential learning period at Allegheny Farm, participants gain practical skills in diverse crop cultivation, community gardening, and health education. They also learn how to support local farmers' markets and expand access to healthy food options. Following their training, Fellows embark on a Community Action Year, collaborating with regional non-profits to implement their knowledge and foster positive change in food access and literacy. We believe in making this transformative experience accessible to all, as we charge no tuition for our Fellowship. Now is the time to apply to be part of this impactful journey towards enhancing food equity in our communities.
