MOVE! Weight Management Program in Sheridan, WY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and to provide a range of tailored weight management services. Veterans can participate in group sessions, benefit from telephone lifestyle coaching, or enroll in our innovative TeleMOVE! program, which offers in-home messaging and clinician support. Additionally, the MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans who prefer to manage their weight independently.
