MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to promoting health and enhancing the lives of Veterans in Shoshoni, WY, through comprehensive weight management solutions. Our mission is to systematically screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that meet their individual needs. We offer an array of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for at-home support. For those who prefer a more independent approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app allows Veterans to track their progress on their own terms. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who have not found success with other methods.
