Healthy U, located in Story, Wyoming, is dedicated to empowering individuals living with chronic health conditions through Stanford University's evidence-based Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP). Our free six-week workshops are designed for both those experiencing chronic illness and their caregivers, providing essential skills to enhance daily living. Participants can choose to join our in-person or virtual sessions, where they will gain valuable insights on topics such as healthy eating, problem solving, exercise, emotional awareness, effective communication, and navigating healthcare systems.
