Located in Story, Wyoming, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to support Veterans by providing annual obesity screenings and personalized referrals to a variety of weight management services that cater to individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for veterans facing persistent weight-related challenges.
