Healthy U, located in Sundance, Wyoming, offers a compassionate and empowering approach to managing chronic health conditions through the evidence-based Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP) developed by Stanford University. Our free six-week workshops are designed for individuals living with chronic illnesses, as well as caregivers, and provide both in-person and virtual options to meet diverse needs. Participants will engage with essential topics such as healthy eating, effective communication, problem-solving, exercise, and collaboration with healthcare professionals. Our mission is to support individuals in taking charge of their health through practical skills and informed decision-making, ensuring that everyone has the tools necessary to navigate their health journey with confidence and support.
