MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Sundance, WY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to support every Veteran who accesses care at VA facilities by conducting annual obesity screenings, linking individuals to tailored weight management services, and offering a range of treatment options that cater to their specific needs and preferences. We provide an array of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer remote assistance. For more self-directed support, we offer the MOVE! Coach mobile app to help Veterans manage their weight independently. Additionally, for individuals struggling with weight-related challenges after participating in MOVE!, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
