About Farm & Food Systems Fellowship

The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Teton Village, WY, is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders in sustainable food systems. Through an immersive six-month program at our scenic Allegheny Farm Campus, selected Fellows receive hands-on training in organic food system education, empowering them to advocate for a food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic justice. Our initiative focuses on practical activities, including cultivating diverse crops, implementing health education sessions, and maintaining community gardens. By engaging with local partners, Fellows develop essential skills in food and ecological literacy, support farmers markets, and help enhance access to nutritious foods through innovative distribution channels. This fellowship is fully funded to ensure accessibility for all, and our Community Action Year enables participants to apply their knowledge alongside regional non-profits, making a tangible impact in their communities. Applications are accepted until March each year, with fellowship experiences typically occurring from May to October.
