Our program is designed for anyone from those recently diagnosed to caregivers and individuals preparing for dialysis. We focus on essential topics such as understanding the symptoms and stages of chronic kidney disease (CKD), nutritional guidance for kidney health, coping strategies, and exploring treatment options, including home dialysis. With flexibility in our offerings, participants can access our classes online, through video conference or phone calls, or in person, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to gain critical knowledge and support on their kidney health journey.
