Weight Management Program, located in beautiful Teton Village, WY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to support every Veteran who seeks our care by annually screening for obesity and connecting them with the right weight management services tailored to their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of care options, including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and the TeleMOVE! program, which features in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a more independent approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges after participating in MOVE!.
