Located in Thermopolis, WY, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity each year and connected with tailored weight management options that suit their individual needs. We offer a range of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-guided weight management. For Veterans facing persistent weight challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring all other options.
