The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) in Upton, WY is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of low-income seniors aged 60 and older by providing essential food assistance. Each month, eligible participants receive a nutritious food box that includes non-perishable proteins, powdered or UHT milk, juice, cereal, canned or dried fruits and vegetables, refrigerated cheese, and valuable nutrition education resources. In collaboration with the Wyoming Food Bank of the Rockies and partner agencies, we also offer fresh produce, dairy, and bread to support the dietary needs of our community's elders.
