MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Upton, WY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For Veterans who prefer a more independent approach, we have the MOVE! Coach mobile app designed to assist them in their weight management journey. We also offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who need additional support after trying our program.
