About Farm & Food Systems Fellowship

The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Wilson, WY, is dedicated to empowering leaders in the journey towards a just and sustainable food system. We offer a tuition-free program focused on organic food system education, where selected Fellows participate in six months of hands-on, experiential learning at our Allegheny Farm Campus. Our mission is to cultivate advocates who are passionate about social, environmental, and economic justice in food production. Throughout the Fellowship, participants engage in diverse activities, such as growing crops on market-style farms, leading health education sessions, and fostering community gardens. Fellows also develop vital skills in food and ecological literacy, support direct-to-consumer initiatives, and strengthen local food coalitions—all while mentoring future cohorts. We welcome applicants to join us in this transformative experience, with applications due by March for our program running from May to October.
