MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Wilson, WY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Each year, we aim to screen all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, connecting them with tailored weight management solutions that align with their unique needs and preferences. Our offerings include supportive group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which provides in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those who want more autonomy, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to assist in personal weight management journeys.
