Healthy U, located in Wright, Wyoming, is dedicated to empowering individuals affected by chronic health conditions through the Stanford University Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP). Our free six-week workshops provide valuable resources and support for those living with chronic conditions or caring for someone who is.
