MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Yellowstone National Park, WY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans by addressing obesity and promoting healthy lifestyles. Our mission centers around carefully screening every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities and connecting them to tailored weight management services that meet their unique needs. We offer a variety of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home support through messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, while weight loss medications and bariatric surgery are offered as viable options for Veterans requiring additional assistance.
