MOVE! Weight Management Program in Yoder, WY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our primary mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, ensuring each individual is referred to suitable weight management solutions tailored to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of support options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available.
