My parents never listen or have time for me. I started failing in school and they just told me to get my act together and grounded me. Why did they do that to me and just didn't listen?

Aw man, I'm so sorry your parents aren't stepping up and making time to listen to you. I think sometimes we forget that parents are people too, and they have flaws just like the rest of us. It doesn't excuse the fact that they ignored your concerns, but it explains it a bit. I hope you find another adult in your life to reach out to who will be there to listen. Reach out to teachers, counselors at your school, religiousu leaders, maybe even a friend's parent or someone in the neighborhood you are close to. There's always someone there who is willing to listen and support you when you need it. Wishing you the very best
