Not knowing what is wrong can feel frightening. If something continues to feel wrong health-wise, maybe try going to your primary doctor's office. Based on my personal experience, it can sometimes take multiple follow-up appointments and different tests identify the underlying health issue.
Some symptoms of anxiety can also naturally cause physical reactions, like a rapid heartbeat, difficulty breathing, dizziness, etc. These symptoms often make people feel like they are suffocating or dying. If you've been under a lot of stress lately or have been feeling anxious, exploring ways to manage feelings of anxiety could help with these physical reactions.
