It may be because of lack of sleep. You just need to look at the day as going positive or it wont be good.

This is a mindset I have struggled with, and it is still something that I work hard to overcome. There are several reasons for why you may be waking up this way. For me, it had to do with my anxiety. After learning that my depression is heavily driven by my social anxiety, the reasoning for thoughts like this has become clearer. Anxiety has caused me to overthink and back out of many opportunities because I would become too nervous and overwhelmed. Missing out of many things caused me to become depressed and hopeless about my future. I would think, "If I couldn't get myself out of the house yesterday, why would today be any different?" This started a nasty cycle of waking up and already setting the day up to be a bad one. Thus, anxiety and falling into a pattern of hopelessness is what really lead me to wake up feeling this way. It is very hard to get out of this cycle and to change your automatic thoughts. One thing that I found very helpful was setting goals at night that I would try to accomplish the next day. This way, I would wake up with a plan. I would keep myself active in order to keep this automatic thought away. It did not come easy, and there were many times when I would just forget my goals and fall make into the old mindset, but ridding myself, and yourself, of this thought is very possible!

Sometimes we just have a feeling that out day might not go well. I know, I get this feeling often. It isn't fun. But, we kind of have to look on the bright side and think of the thing you're looking forward to in that day. It may be seeing someone you love or care about or even going on a trip. Whatever it is, just make the best of it. It's okay to feel like something might not go well, just don't dwell on it.

Sometimes when everything in your life seems to be going wrong or you've had a lot of bad days, it seems like it isn't going to get better and that affects the way you think. But it's important to wake up with a positive attitude because that can shape how your day turns out. Remember that every single day is a new day and the bad things that have happened in the past don't have to dictate your present.

Negative seems to be covering your surface and surroundings! You see, being positive makes everything completely different. You could tell yourself either out loud or in your mind that your day WILL go well everyday. Write it down somewhere everyday. You need to push off that little negative dust so you can open your eyes and realize it might turn out fine after all!! :)

We think something bad will happen in the day and this is an automatic thought. You can challenge these thoughts and you will feel less like the day will not go well.
