Why are my feelings so messed up when I'm depressed. I can't think right to a point I don't know what to feel. Sometimes I feel lifeless and sometimes I get random strong feelings I are wrong?

Depression is a scary beast. It messes up everything that you think is "normal" - and really, it can be hard to define a normal when you are depressed. Know that whatever you're going through, you are not alone in struggling with it, and it does not mean that you are doing something wrong or that anything is wrong with you. You are entitled to feeling whatever it is you are feeling, and sometimes you just need to let yourself feel whatever emotions you're feeling until you get back to a better place for yourself. So don't beat yourself up when you have an off day - just take the time to focus on you.

It’s all in the word - “depressedâ€. Imagine you are a bottle of cola that’s been shaken up. Eventually the bottle will fill with pressure and the cap will pop off! We often keep putting the cap back on again and again, until eventually - there’s no fizz left in the cola. We still get shaken up, but there isn’t any pressure left to pop the cap. And so all of our emotions are cooped up inside, aimlessly wondering. In situations like this, it can be helpful if someone loosens the cap - so you can talk about how it feels to be you and then maybe you might be able to answer why you feel like this sometimes.
