Giving yourself "me time" can help you feel less like you are going crazy. Examples of "me time" are exercise, spa treatments, and long baths.

Give yourself some time and a break to comprehend what you want to be and wish to make out of life. I don't think crazy is the word for you when you have a racing mind. Sometimes it's always good to sit down with a friend or a person who you know won't judge you and talk your heart out to them. They might be able to help you of your confusion.

It's not good to jump to conclusions if you are really worried see a professional about your feelings, it could just be a GP, or if you want to wait reflect on your feelings and try to find the root of them and work out how you can calm down.

You are not going crazy. People associate anything that is different than what is "normal" as crazy but it is actually quit normal as well. You just need to give yourself time to figure out your situation exactly before you jump to the assumption you are crazy.

Nowadays our lives are really busy, we jump from a task to another and when we go home and are supposed to "relax" we take up something else, usually not relaxing. You probably do need some time to get rid of all the tension that is built up. Doing something like listening to relaxing sounds such as rain or ocean waves or whatever you enjoy, even your favourite song. A hobby can be quite helpful too

Give yourself time. if you have dealt with something that has been tough, it will take longer to get over. Everyone goes through different feelings at different times and no one should expect you to just get over something and not offer any support.

The most likely is probably that you need to give yourself some time. Take time to take care of yourself, as that is the most important thing, and you always come first. Just take a moment to breathe and take in what's going on.
