because you don't live in they're reality. some people know how to deal with certain situations and others don't and that's fine. I for one have full blown panic when I cant find my keys and ill be sweating and it will keep me up at night. you panic over things that matter to you and its not your fault you do its just your mind.

We panic about small things because stepping outside of our own perspective is difficult! Panic is relative, and is something we all face no matter what our situation is. The best way to deal with panic is by remembering that we are only here on this earth for a short time, and that we can consciously choose to not let panic take that time over by recognizing it when it is coming up, and shutting it down with positivism and optimism!

The small things that you panic about are not small. They are big to you. Don't compare your problems to other people. It will only make things harder for you. I panic about homework when my best friend is not sure she can afford another of college. Mine seems to be a small thing but in my head it is the worse thing in the world. You panic about the things that matter to you.

Panic is panic, whether over small things or perceived worse living situations. It might be useful for you to explore the panic in your own life so that you may gain an insight into what your panic is about.

Humans respond to what threatens them directly out of fear of failure. We know our problems aren't so grand in the aspect but we still are scared inherently of failure. It's an egotistical response and simple human.

Your experiences are very real to you and totally valid. Just because you percieve someone to be in a more difficult situation doesnt make your situation any less real or difficult for you personally.

People go through different things, someone's situation maybe worse than yours but your situation is bothering you. It depends on things someone has been through. (I'm using random names) Say Ana's dog died, but Greg's aunt died. Greg's situation seems worse but Ana may have been super close to the dog and is dealing with the death worse than someone normally would. Situations depend on who you ask.

We only experience our experiences. There are "worsts" for each and every one of us, and our bodies and minds handle them differently. Your small thing might not be as small as you think. Comparing the way others cope is rarely beneficial to helping yourself through anxiety and panic disorder. Focus on the way your body reacts to your everyday/stressful situations. That's the most important thing.

For every person I encounter they all have a different way of living, different traumatic events that occurred, and different reactions to events that occurred throughout their life. It isn’t a bad thing that you panic over small things it just show how you are different then others on the way you feel and what you have been through and how you processed the events in your life and that’s good because it shows that you are strong and has come over things that you panic about everyday.
