Learn to love yourself. If you love yourself enough, you shall know what is good for you and what isn't.
Don't do it for me, do it for you :)
A relationship built on abuse and disinterest, does that sound like something you should stay in?
Does it appeal to you?
Does it fully hold respect and love for you?
Is it worth it?
Have you ever fully entirely focused on you and only you and doing what is good for yourself?
Have you taken time for yourself, to take care of yourself?
So do you still think it is worth it?
You should be your maximum priority. :)
Dealing with relationship stress?
Takes less than a minute. Keeps 7 Cups free for someone else.
A small contribution goes straight to keeping the community running.

You have the strength to walk away. the person who is hurting you isn't good for your mental and physical health. you need to learn how to love yourself first. I understand how difficult it is but your happiness is so much more important. Without self love the world would fall apart. Also think about it, how can you be with someone who constantly is hurting you? you need to ask yourself that question. Always question the other persons actions and think "if i wouldn't do this to them why would they do this to me?" you're too good to always be hurt you deserve the world and right now you're letting yourself eat dirty so pick yourself up clean your knees and say "i'm done" do whatever you have to to keep that person away from you because at the end you'll be happy

Sometimes folx find that a series of steps helps to make a big leap. Looking at your life now, what is one thing you can do that will make you feel better today? It can be a small task, something that will make a little improvement and not sap all your strength. Now consider carefully: Who can talk with you, support you, or provide accountability? From that first step, see how you feel and what you might try next. If you find you cannot proceed, you have still made progress and can return to the process a little later.
Best of luck!
