Because people generally don’t have to believe anyone and doubt is a necessity to function. There could be many reasons that could explain your parents’s behaviors. Distrust of others generally means inability to trust in oneself. In my humble opinion, it might be the case that your parents are projecting their self-doubt on you. But whatever the reason could be, your main focus should be dealing with your feelings and realizing that people’s opinions don’t define you unless you don’t know who you are. You can also make a commitment to not make the same mistakes your parents do and have trust in yourself.

And moreover am very confident person that I may only do and Guide others to do good. Your parents care very much about you and they want what's best for you. It's hard for parents to believe something their child says if they don't really want it to be true, so they convince themselves it's not true to protect themselves in many cases. In reality, they do believe you, but it's hard for them to process it realistically if it surprises them or they don't like what you say. Parents don't want you to make mistakes that they did and they don't want what they say to inadvertently hurt you or somebody tat you care for.

Hello! Sometimes trust issues can be developed in relationships with family members causing legal guardians to assume everything their child says is a lie. Legal guardians can also reject the idea of what you're saying to them. For example, if I went to my mother and told her that her mother passed away, she either wouldn't believe me OR she'd reject the idea of that being possible because she doesn't want it to be possible. It always depends on the relationship you have with your parents. I hope this helps! If it doesn't I'm sorry, I hope things get better!
