I have been at a boarding school for 3 months now and I still don't have any friends. I am exhausted. How do I become more fun and relaxed again??

Going to boarding school can be a really big change, especially since you have to live at school, in a dormitory and all that new and alien stuff. It can be really hard to find friends in such a new environment, and that's okay! I had a really rough time going to boarding school, and I spent most of my lunch hours alone at the dining hall. I would definitely advise you to join clubs and go to dorm meetings, as you'll get to meet a lot of new people there, and who knows, you might find some really cool friends there! I'm really sorry to hear that you're exhausted though, is there any in-school resource you can use, such as a counsellor? It definitely takes time to get used to going to boarding school as it can get really hectic and seem like you don't have time to rest and do the things you like. I coped with this by dedicating a chunk of my time to myself, no matter how busy it got, I would spend an hour and a half of my Friday afternoon relaxing and doing whatever I wanted. Sometimes I would paint my nails, or watch a movie, or even sleep. It's really hard to balance school and free time in a boarding school, so I totally understand where you're coming from. You got this and I believe in you
